Who We Are
Gertrude “Trudy” Wandaka Asena, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
With over 20 years in healthcare and more than 13 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Trudy brings experience, clinical judgment, and a deeply personal approach to caring for patients in Spring, TX and surrounding communities.
She is a double board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background spanning primary care, urgent and walk-in care, chronic disease management, medical weight loss, hormone health, preventive care, wellness, and aesthetics.
